The man’s relative had called police around 8:30 p.m. to report that he was walking around their trailer home racking a handgun and was outside with a baseball bat, “acting crazy,” according to the report.

After fleeing, he returned, and was arrested, the report says. During a search of the home, police found drug paraphernalia in the man’s bedroom, and tested his blood alcohol content, which was .127, according to the report.
