Oakdale Priest Walks Free Under No Contact Order with Alleged Victims
Curtis Carl Wehmeyer, 48, made his first appearance in Ramsey County District Court on Oct. 10 on criminal sexual conduct and child pornography possession charges. Wehmeyer left court with a no contact order.
An Oakdale priest who has been charged with criminal sexual conduct involving two boys and child pornography possession made his first appearance in court on Oct. 10.
Curtis Carl Wehmeyer, 48, was allowed to walk free from the courthouse after the Ramsey County District Court judge ordered Wehmeyer to have no contact with the two boys he allegedly sexually abused, according to the Pioneer Press.
Wehmeyer was arrested this summer after a young boy told authorities that the priest had been sexually abusing him and his older brother for two years in Wehmeyer's camper trailer on the church parking lot. Wehmeyer is the former pastor at the Parish of the Blessed Sacrament in St. Paul.
