Aaron Schnagl will be facing a jury trial in March on drug charges that came as a result of a search conducted by authorities for an Oakdale woman missing since Dec. 9.

The person of interest in the case of Danielle Jelinek, an Oakdale woman who has been missing for over a month, has pleaded not guilty to drug charges that were the result of a search for Jelinek on Dec. 9.

The Star Tribune is reporting that Aaron Schnagl has been chargd with two counts of fifth-degree drug possession for both the possession and sale of marijuana. Schnagl has also been charged with first-degree drug possession.

Schnagl will go before a jury trial on March 4, according to the Star Tribune.

Schnagl was the last person to reportedly see Danielle Jelinek before her disappearance. She was reported missing on Dec. 9.

Authorities searching for Jelinek at Schnagl's residence in Chisago Lake Township recovered 12 pounds of marijuana in Schnagl's garage as well as several unidentified pills. Authorities also recovered 39.2 ounces of cocaine in additional searches of the residence, according to the Star Tribune.

Court documents also say that Schnagl had cocaine in his system.

The Star Tribune reported that Schnagl is currently at Anoka County Jail until his hearing for an alleged parole violation due to the drug case in Chisago County.
