Police Find Dogs Alone, Feces 'Everywhere' in Residence After Neighbors Complain About Barking
The Oakdale Police Department responded to an animal complaint and found three small dogs alone in a residence filled with dog feces.
The Oakdale Police Department responded to an animal complaint and found three small dogs alone in an apartment that was filled with dog feces.
Police responded to the complaint on Aug. 26. The landloard of the residence called police from the 2400 block of Grenadier Avenue after receiving complaints from neighbors about one of the tenant's dogs continuously barking. A 36-year-old female occupies the residence.
When they checked on the residence they found dog feces everwhere in the unit and no electricity. Three white dogs were barking and had no food or water. The landloard and police were unable to make contact with the tenant.

The three dogs were impounded and the case has been forwarded to the city attorney.
