Report: Charges Dropped Against Smokedale Tobacco Owner

Charges dropped due to lack of evidence, according to report.

Charges that owner Hatem A. Younis groped women on three occasions were dropped due to lack of evidence, the Oakdale-Lake Elmo Review reports.

Surveillance video and photographic evidence caused the Washington County Attorney's office to push for dismissal of the charges against Younis, according to the report.
