When police arrived downtown just after 7 a.m. Sunday, officers found the 22-year-old Hudson man lying in the street “curled up, trying to use his boxers as a blanket." The man was taken into custody by his parents.

Stillwater Police Crack Down on Motorcycle Noise
The main issue is motorcyclists who rev the throttle while sitting at intersections and as they leave the north end of downtown, Chief John Gannaway said. A lot of the idling noise is fine, but it becomes an issue when people gun the throttle.
