Thursday's Jail Bookings

The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, and 7 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

  • Michael S. Kelly, 49, of Maplewood, sentenced on a second-degree DWI charge out of Oakdale.
  • Ger Lee, 25, of St. Paul, arrested in the 6000 block of 52nd Street on a domestic assault charge.
  • James L. Reed, 33, of Mora, arrested in the 6800 block of Eighth Street Lane on terroristic threats and third-degree DWI charges.
  • Maxx A. Whitmire, 21, of Inver Grove Heights, arrested at Washington County Court on a criminal sexual conduct charge out of Oakdale.

Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence and anyone who was arrested on charges where the agency listed is the Oakdale Police Department. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
