Woman Released from Jail, Not Charged for Allegedly Leaving Baby in Car

Heather Marie Anderson was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 4 on suspicion of child endangerment.

A 23-year-old woman who was arrested for leaving her baby in the car while she drank in a St. Paul bar was released from Ramsey County Jail, according to the Pioneer Press. 

Heather Marie Anderson was arrested on Nov. 4 after she allegedly left her 3-month-old baby in the car after a bar employee told her she could not bring the baby in the bar off of Robert Street in St. Paul.

The Pioneer Press reports that the woman was released after the Ramsey County attorney's office and St. Paul attorney's office declined to file charges due to insufficient evidence for prosecution.

The woman's residence is listed as Oakdale in the county jail log and is listed as St. Paul in the police report, according to the Pioneer Press.
