Oakdale Woman Reports Flasher in Woodbury

The alleged incident happened at Woodbury Lakes on Sept. 26.

An Oakdale woman on Sept. 26 told Woodbury police she was followed by another vehicle while she was driving to Woodbury Lakes, and when she parked the man driving the other car exposed himself to her.

She relayed the incident to officers at the Woodbury Public Safety Department, and said it happened near buybuy Baby, according to a police report.

The alleged flasher, whom she described as a man in his late 20s or early 30s, was driving a light blue SUV and wearing a white T-shirt, she told police at about 10:30 a.m. Sept. 26, according to the report.

He had tailgated her from Tamarack Road near Radio Drive to Woodbury Lakes, where she parked at the north side of the mall. He then exposed himself while he was in his car, according to the police report.

She told officers she was afraid to go home.
