- Restaurants: IHOP is open from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day; Sgt. Peppers Grille & Bar is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Christmas Eve and 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Christmas Day; Demori's Italian Foods & Lounge will be open until 6 p.m. Christmas Eve and its bar will open at 4 p.m. and its dining room will open at 5 p.m. Christmas Day.
- Coffee Shops: Oakdale’s Caribou Coffee in Oakdale Village and its new location at Bergen Plaza are open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Christmas Eve and 7 a.m. to noon Christmas Day. Oakdale’s Dunn Bros is open until 4 p.m. Christmas Eve and closed Christmas Day. Espresso Donut Co. will be open in the afternoon on Christmas Eve and closed on Christmas Day.
- Attractions: Pinz will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve and 3 p.m. to midnight on Christmas Day.
- Convenience: Oakdale’s Walgreens is open until 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve and the pharmacy is open until 6 p.m.; the store is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Christmas Day, however the pharmacy will be closed.
- Gas Stations: Oakdale’s SuperAmerica and Holiday gas stations are open normal hours on Christmas Day and Christmas Eve.
- Fast Food: McDonald's is open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Christmas Eve and opens at 5 a.m. Christmas Day; Burger King's dining room is open until 5 p.m. and the drive-thru is open until 6 p.m. Christmas Eve and closed Christmas Day.
- Grocery Store: Oakdale’s Rainbow Foods store is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve and closed Christmas Day.
- Department Store: Target is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Christmas Eve and the pharmacy is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The store is closed Christmas Day.
- Library: Washington County Library Oakdale Branch will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
- Government: Oakdale city and Washington County offices are closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
- Postal Service: No mail delivery on Christmas Day.
