Town Hall Meeting with State Legislators

On Jan. 28, Sen. Chuck Wiger, Rep. Leon Lillie, Rep. Nora Slawik and Ramsey County Commissioner Victoria Reinhardt will be holding a town hall meeting at the Maplewood City Hall Council Chamber from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Anyone interested in discussing the 2012 Legislative Session is welcome and encouraged to join. The City Hall Council Chamber is located at 1830 County Road B East in Maplewood.

“We look forward to hearing comments and concerns from our constituents,” Slawik said. “Although the state budget is in better shape, our state still faces serious issues. Hearing from the people of our area is extremely important to us.”

Lillie said, "I encourage district residents to attend the meeting and share their thoughts on policy issues.  It is great to get feedback from people in the district and hear what is important to them."
