New Parking Lot Planned for Oakdale Library

The work is expected to begin this month.

The Washington County Board last week approved nearly $250,000 to reconstruct the parking lot at the Oakdale Library.

The county accepted on Aug. 6 a $247,983.70 bid from T.A. Schifsky & Sons to reconstruct the lot.

Part of the county’s 2013 capital-improvement efforts, the work also includes site improvements at the Oakdale Library, according to a release from Washington County.
