Restraining Order Application Details Alleged Assault

Bill Pulkrabek's girlfriend wrote a three-page account of the alleged incident which resulted in his arrest May 30.

The woman who accused Washington County Commissioner Bill Pulkrabek of domestic assault, leading to his arrest Monday, May 30, detailed the alleged incident in an application for an order for protection filed in Washington County District Court.

In the filing, she alleges that Pulkrabek cut off her airway with his forearm, and that she was scared for her life in the alleged incident at the Woodbury townhouse where Pulkrabek lives.

According to court records, an emergency order for protection was granted to the woman on June 1. A second order for protection hearing in the case is scheduled for June 16 in Anoka County District Court.

The order for protection is effective for two years.

On Monday, the Ramsey County Attorney's Office with the incident, however he could still be charged with a misdemeanor by the Woodbury city attorney.
