Jerry Cusick, 53, of Stillwater, was shot by a turkey hunter while he was scouting a hunting area in the Town of Somerset early Tuesday morning. The St. Croix County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate the incident

Stillwater Prison Guard Charged With Intent to Deal Cocaine
A 20-year Stillwater prison guard was arrested in Wisconsin last week after a Wisconsin State Patrol officer found marijuana, cocaine and various paraphernalia in his car during a traffic stop on Interstate 90/94.

Woodbury
Woodbury Man Accused of Burglary in the Buff
He also answered the door naked when officers arrived and said, "I've been waiting for you," according to the criminal complaint.
Mauer, one of 19 men arrested in a February police operation in Fridley, accepted a continuance for dismissal, according to a FOX9 report.

- Robert John Kelly, 48, Lino Lakes, fleeing police in motor vehicle, driving while impaired;
- Scot Jeffrey Rowell, 35, Woodbury, burglary;
- Brandon Alan Bellamy, 33, Blaine, possession of burglary tools, damage to property;
- Timothy Michael Call, 26, Hugo, assault in third degree (victim under 4);
- Nicole Jean Berry, 34, Mahtomedi, aiding and abetting drugs fifth degree;
- David Lee Peltier, 54, Lake Elmo, aiding an offender to avoid arrest;
- Justin David Sellner, 29, Stillwater, aiding and abetting crime committed for benefit of a gang, aiding and abetting assault in second degree;
- Ryan James Reeves, 28, White Bear Lake, aiding and abetting aggravated robbery in first degree;
- Anthony Lawrence Haubrich, 44, Forest Lake, first degree DWI (within 10 years of three or more other driving incidents, refusal to submit to field test;
- Brock Warrant Cadwallader, 23, Wyoming, second degree drug possession;
- Matthew Mark Erdman, 25, St. Paul Park, theft of motor vehicle;
- Larry Villarreal, 31, Houston, DWI, refusal to submit to test;
- Matthew Edward Vacinek, 19, address unknown, burglary in second degree.
