• Nicole Jean Berry, 34, Mahtomedi, aiding and abetting drugs fifth degree;
• David Lee Peltier, 54, Lake Elmo, aiding an offender to avoid arrest;
• Justin David Sellner, 29, Stillwater, aiding and abetting crime committed for benefit of a gang, aiding and abetting assault in second degree;
• Ryan James Reeves, 28, White Bear Lake, aiding and abetting aggravated robbery in first degree;
• Anthony Lawrence Haubrich, 44, Forest Lake, first degree DWI (within 10 years of three or more other driving incidents, refusal to submit to field test;
• Brock Warrant Cadwallader, 23, Wyoming, second degree drug possession;
• Matthew Mark Erdman, 25, St. Paul Park, theft of motor vehicle;
• Larry Villarreal, 31, Houston, DWI, refusal to submit to test;
• Matthew Edward Vacinek, 19, address unknown, burglary in second degree.
