Tanner's Lake Redevelopment, Nature Preserve Garage on Council Agenda
Upscale apartments and a restaurant are proposed on the Tanner's Lake redevelopment site just northeast of Interstate 94 and Century Avenue.

The council held off on awarding the bid at the last meeting after council member Paul Reinke proposed an alternate design for the garage that .
Council members wanted to wait to find out how much the design change would add to the project cost. According to a staff report, the new design would cost $90,223, which is about $500 more than the 45-by-44 foot garage.
