Rep. Nora Slawik said many of the 12 bills that passed the Minnesota Legislature Tuesday were hastily written and she was excluded from helping write them.

Rep. Nora Slawik, who represents Oakdale in the state legislature, said many of the bills were too hastily done and cuts were too deep. She said Oakdale constituents were fairly split on the shutdown as well.
