New Tartan Principal Receives Warm Welcome

Adam Ehrmantraut, Tartan High School's new principal, addressed school board members at Tuesday's ISD 622 meeting.

District 622 school board members officially welcomed Adam Ehrmantraut last night at their school board meeting. Adam will begin work in the district on July 1 as Tartan High School's new principal.

“Adam has been involved in every component of leadership in Minnetonka,” Superintendent Patricia Phillips said, referring to Ehrmantraut's experience as an assistant principal at Minnetonka High School. “He’s revitalized their curriculum and we're lucky to have him.”

Current Tartan High School Principal John Bezek was selected in March for a job as assistant superintendent with the Shakopee School District, and he'll be leaving after the end of the school year.
