The Oakdale Village Apartments hosted a Back-to-School Picnic for Oakdale Elementary students on Tuesday.
The hosted a back-to-school picnic for families on Tuesday.
The school principal and teachers met with students and families and handed out backpacks filled with school supplies. Teachers also offered a selection of books for children.
There were also games, face painting and food at the picnic.
