'25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee' Coming to Tartan
The play will start at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, 2014 in the high school theatre.
Tartan High School will present the "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" starting on Friday, Jan. 3, 2014.
The musical "takes a hilarious and heartwarming look at the pressures of growing up through the eyes of quirky yet lovable
characters competing for the title of spelling bee champ," according to Ryan DeLaCroix, theatre director.
Other performances are 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4 (dinner at 6:30 p.m.) and 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5 (brunch at 12:30 p.m.).
Tickets are $25 for adults, $23 for seniors and $16 for children under age 18. The ticket price includes a meal, which members of the audience will be served 30 minutes before showtime.
