This place is amazing! The food is fabulous. The owners are so happy, joyful and caring. There's nowhere else you get great service and great tasting authentic italian food like pino's has!

Our first trip several months ago was a huge disappointment. We waited 20 minutes for a glass of water, 30 to order and there was only one other couple in the place. The only redeeming thing two hours later is that the food was OK and the pizza was authentic Italian (we had just returned from Italy). Fast forward 8 months....we thought we'd give it another try because of the authentic pizza. Upon entering, we told the waitress of our horrible ordeal last time, and told her we hoped it wasn'ty repeated. After she took our order, we saw people all around come in and get food, 40 minutes later we finally asked where our pizzas were. I had already shot insulin and was getting low. Another waitress was sent over to tell us there was a mistake with the order and only one was ready and she would bring it. 15 minutes later, we were still waiting, and yet a third waitress was sent over to tell us it would be a few more miinutes. Since this one at least spoke English we were happy to deal with her. Maybe another 10 minutes went by and we finally received the one pizza. What a disappointment. Gone was the authentic cracker thin crust. Instead we received a thick doughy mass covered with tasteless toppings. The only apologies came from the English speaking waitress. The interesting thing is that people all around us were saying the same thing, they were getting the runaround and would never come back. I don't know how this guy stays in business. Never again
