Report: Police Find 'Random Kill' Note in Tran's Bedroom
Investigators found a note in Nhan Lap Tran's bedroom regarding a "random kill."
A search warrant affidavit filed in court reveals a police officer found a note in Nhan Lap Tran's bedroom referencing a "random kill," according to a report by the Pioneer Press. The Pioneer Press is reporting the note read, "Random Kill, Fake Plates." The officer also found that "12/12/12" was written on the walls. Tran was charged with second-degree intentional murder, second-degree felony murder during an assault, first-degree assault and two counts of assault in the second degree with a dangerous weapon. on Feb. 13. According to the criminal complaint, on Feb. 11 Tran allegedly began shooting at vehicles on Seventh Street near Hadley Avenue. Yes they say "random" as he did not go after anyone specific.. He was just shooting at anyone who HAD to stop at the stop sign.. duh...... I was Devin's daycare mom for almost 6 years, and the night he died, he had just 4 minutes b4 left my home....
