Mr. Eberspacher was convicted of felony domestic assault 1 year ago. It's doubtful he's not guilty. I hope the daughter of the homeowner whose cat he killed was not young, or a child. What a traumatic thing to come home to find blood and glass all over the house, and to discover he's evil enough to kill a cat. I hope he's behind bars while he awaits trial. He needs to STAY behind bars.   more ›
