Winter Parking Hours Amended to Align with Snow Plowing
The Oakdale city council approved an amendment to the winter parking ordinance.
Parking restrictions have changed since the city council approved an amendment to the Winter Parking ordinance last week. The item was a consensus motion on last week's city council agenda. The Oakdale Police Department requested a modification to the hours that restrict on-street parking in the winter months. The change would allow the hours to better align with Public Works snow removal. The parking restrictions were 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. and have now been changed to midnight (12 a.m.) to 5 a.m. due to the amendment.
