Eddie Joe Cintella was sentenced in Washington County District Court for the incident stemming from August 2011. According to the criminal complaint: The Oakdale Police Department received a report in December 2011 from Wadena County Human Services that a 9-year-old girl had been sexually assaulted while staying in a home in Oakdale. The girl had told her teachers at school that Cintella had "touched her 'privates' and made her touch his 'privates' " while they were both staying at her grandfather's home in Oakdale. An Oakdale priest who was arrested earlier this summer on suspicion of child molestation has now been charged with criminal sexual conduct involving a 12-year-old boy. Curtis Carl Wehmeyer, 47, of Oakdale, was arrested in June after a boy came forward to authorities accusing Wehmeyer of sexually assaulting him for two years. Wehmeyer is now facing one count of second degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of fifth degree criminal sexual conduct after allegedly sexually assaulting the boy in his private camper trailer on the church parking lot, according to the Oakdale-Lake Elmo Review. A man charged with molesting an 8-year-old girl in Oakdale was found and arrested in Tulsa, OK, according to a Washington County arrest report. Yayeng N. Vang, 49, whom court records say lives in St. Paul, is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly inappropriately touching the girl on at least two occasions in early 2011, according to the Washington County District Court Complaint. The girl’s mother, who lives outside of the country, had established a long-distance relationship with Vang, the complaint says.
