    Got a "wrap" for the wifes engagment ring there- they made it and it fit great. Got my wedding ring there- made to my specs.
    Unfortunatley, wifey caught the ring on something and one of the small wrap diamonds fell out--- :(
    either way, its a great place.

    Applebees did the same thing with their "brewtus" beers... went in once and the beer was noticably smaller, but still the "brewtus". I asked them and they said they did not change the sixe of the glass. I said BS. After much pressg on the issue (in fun) they later came back and said they had replaced all their glasses with smaller ones....
    As far as Chammps-- Always had good food there-but noticed they took off the "threee cheese chicken" sandwich...it WAS my favorite. so they lose one star for that.

    Ate there last night--had a good beer special and got something called the Fajita Burrito. It was really good! and a big portion too. Would recommend.

    I have eaten here probably over a hundred times. great food- you pick the ingredients of your "stir fry".
    have them help with the sauces if you dont know what you want.
    I am not a stir fry guy either....its a bit different.
    load up the bowl to a large heap--it cooks way down from what you may think.

    cool location and bar..but...
    overall not that bad- will go back. sometimes very hard to get bartender attention. That and the tap beer wasnt cold- which is a bummer when ya order a tall beer.
    Maybe they have changed since i was there last (year plus)

    Awesome place. VERY difficult to get into on weekend evenings. Plan on a wait of over an hour on fri/sat (very little indoor waiting room if the bar is full- which it will be) if you dont have reservations- and if you need reservations- call WELL in advance.
    The place is "small" and you get packed in pretty tight- but its worth it.
    I can honestly say I had the best prime rib I ever had at Taras. On the other hand, the strip I got was average- will go back to try it again soon...
    Good food- "reasonable" prices for a steak joint too.

    note--during happy hour, the "dining area" is NOT covered in the happy hour prices....I was most disapointed in this the other day....
    I could see not having the half price apps in dining area (keep people eating main course stuff) But the drinks come from the same bar.

    i am good with the shaming of those that choose to write bad checks.
    maybe those people will grow up and be responsible citizens someday.

Recently
