A deputy found the SUV parked and saw a woman, later identified as Hobbs, walking away from the driver’s side of the vehicle.

She showed signs of intoxication, became agitated and initially refused to follow commands to stop.

Deputies advised her of her rights twice and she said she didn’t understand and began swearing at officers.

The two children in the vehicle were aged 6 and 4. The man who was with her told police she was driving and they had been at a bar.

During a search of her purse, police found bindles that field-tested positive for heroin.

Hobbs faces a felony drug charge, and gross misdemeanor counts of DWI and refusing to submit to a chemical test.
