Second Time’s the Charm: Oakdale Woman Sentenced on Drug Conviction

The 25-year-old woman was questioned by police, and found driving under the influence 20 minutes later.

An Oakdale woman has been sentenced to three years of probation following her conviction for drug possession.

Stillwater police mid-December 2012 saw Jennifer Lynn Hagelberg in a parked car, and while she appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, she told police she was not driving and was waiting for a friend.

About 20 minutes later the same officer saw the same car not signal a turn and initiated a traffic stop.
